Customs Manager

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end‑to‑end customs operations , ensuring timely import and export activities across all sites in Spain.
• Manage customs documentation and communication with third countries to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report regulatory changes , ensuring full customs compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate and report operational performance , including KPIs, costs, and critical situations.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal departments on matters affecting customs operations.
• Manage and allocate resources and personnel according to operational volumes to ensure factory supply.
