Customs Student
We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn more about our customs team, the company, and the industry.
As the Customs Student, you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs.
Providing eManifest information to US Customs.
Communication with customers, drivers, custom brokers, border officers via telephone & email.
Assisting customer service with any customs related issues.
