We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to manage the transition from legacy systems to Workday. This role owns end‑to‑end cutover plan and ensures technical, business, and operational readiness for Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the cutover strategy, runbook, timeline, and go/no‑go criteria
- Lead execution of cutover activities through go‑live and hypercare
- Coordinate across IT, business teams, SMEs, OCM, and external vendors
- Align technical readiness (integrations, access, environments) with business process readiness
