CX AI Platform Engineer

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an AI SaaS Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our customer service platform. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the CX AI platform according to defined roadmaps and integrating it with core systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS platforms and strong technical skills, particularly in APIs. Collaborating with multiple teams, you'll ensure the platform's stability and quality, making measurable improvements over time.
