Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a dedicated information‑security management system tailored to the A220 Customer Service department.
- Participate in the inventory and maintenance of processes, digital tools and deliverables produced by the Customer Service organisation.
- Conduct risk analyses for digital tools and deliverables produced by the Customer Service organisation.
- Document the compliance of digital services with industry standards and regulations regarding computer network security, and participate in establishing corrective action plans as needed.
