**Job Description**:

The support engineer will oversee successfully deploying and supporting Honeywell's
cyber solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support
software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer
satisfaction levels.
LOCATION

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in(1)depth solutions.
Deploying and managing customer production environments.
Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers,
technical account managers and product management.
Installation and upgrade system components in both development and
production environments.
