The Data Analyst will be responsible for undertaking data collection, pre-processing and analysis as well as building models to address business problems. He/she will be required to present information using data visualization techniques and support the delivery of accurate, insightful and timely analysis into the performance of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with team members to ensure that there is continuity of reports and processes even in the absence of other team members

  • Provide support to the team in analysing business performance

  • Provide support in the delivery of value added reports to the business using available BI tools

  • Provide analytics and insights to the business on consumer behaviour /usage and the impact of network performance on service revenue
