CRM Data Maintenance Support
- Perform clean‑up (i.e., de‑duplicate records, upload Rx in individual HCP records) of at least 30,000 HCP records in Veeva system.
- Update and maintain accurate customer profiles, affiliation and segmentation data of HCPs.
Sales Data Updating Support
- Track and consolidate floating or unassigned sales accounts in coordination with the Sales & BI Manager and field force.
- Maintain up‑to‑date logs of re‑assigned or newly created accounts.
Target List Management
- Support the quarterly finalization of reps’ MCCP list (Q4 2025 & Q1 2026 MCCP).
- Assist in generating basic reports or summaries related to HCP data in Veeva system.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Math/Statistics or other related field.
