We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in PowerBI, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. 
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerBI dashboards and reports. 
Translate complex business requirements into meaningful insights and visualizations. 
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
