Job Description
YOUR MISSION
Support the optimization of logistics features, with a focus on delivery areas and supply/demand imbalances, by maintaining and improving settings, quantifying their impact, providing data-driven insights, coordinating feature rollouts, and measuring their effectiveness.
THE JOURNEY
Work closely with local/regional stakeholders, product teams and development teams, serving as a bridge between product and operations, to define how to best set up and enable products, monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs.
Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques
Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
