Data & Analytics Consultant Training Path

Aimpoint Digital in Medellín is seeking talented individuals for a full-time Data Engineering role beginning in July 2026. The position includes an intensive in-person onboarding program that prepares new team members for consulting engagements focused on data and analytics solutions.

Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in a data-related field and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with modern technology. After onboarding, you will actively participate in projects with the consulting teams.
