Data and Information Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Data & Information Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics function at Synnovis / SYNLAB. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming data into actionable insight, supporting operational performance, service improvement, and commercial decision-making.

Working closely with the Performance Manager and wider stakeholders, you’ll design, develop, and enhance business intelligence solutions, leveraging tools such as Power BI to deliver clear, impactful dashboards and reports. You’ll be responsible for extracting, validating, and modelling data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency while identifying opportunities to improve data quality.
