3-5 yrs relevant experience
• Maintain and manage 5-week look-ahead schedules, labor forecasts, and daily progress tracking
• Change management and RFIs
• Oversight of safety, compliance, and incident investigations
• Oversee goals, budget, milestones
• Working knowledge of ISP fiber audits, OTDR
• Hiring, training, performance evaluations
• Senior SME for data center low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations/audits.
• 10 yrs CM experience, 5 of which are in Data Centers
• High focus on safety and OSHA compliance
• Working knowledge of:
○ Cabling Standards, Labeling & Documentation
○ Rack, Stack & Infrastructure Layouts
• Quality Control & Punch-List Resolution
• Preventative Maintenance & Inspections
• Vendor & Cross-Trade Coordination
• Direct on-site technicians performing rack, stack, and cabling work
