Job Duties and Responsibilities Cabling & Termination- Support and complete all scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).
- Perform hardware installation MACs, including device labeling, power, and network cable connectivity.
- Complete hardware support work orders involving MACs, certification, troubleshooting, and break-fix.
- Manage assets, auditing, and daily work log/ticket tracking.
- Provide smart‑hands assistance within specified SLA response times (on‑call duties may apply).
