Job Summary
The Hard Services Day Technician supports the day-to-day execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the data centre, under the direction and supervision of the Technical Manager. The role is focused on safe task execution, adherence to procedures, and maintaining critical facility reliability in a mission‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities 1) Maintenance Execution & Technical Support- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with approved schedules, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Assist with daily site inspections, plant room walk‑throughs, and operational checks of critical systems.
- Support fault identification, basic troubleshooting, and rectification of facility and plant defects, escalating issues promptly to the Technical Manager where required.
