As a Junior Data Center Officer, you will support data‑centre operations by assisting with hardware installations, monitoring and maintenance, and responding to service requests across multiple sites. You will develop expertise in facility and equipment management while ensuring reliability and security.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, racks, and cabling; provide hands‑on support for racking, power provisioning, and equipment deinstallation.
- Monitor service tickets and report issues; assist in operating, monitoring, and responding to abnormal conditions in facility systems.
