The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Data Center Technician in Alicante, Spain to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
- Server rack installation and decommissioning
- Cross-connect and patch panel management
- Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Visual inspections and inventory audits
- Escort and access coordination for client visits
- Emergency response and on-call availability
