Data Centre Dispatch SOC Supervisor

The Data Centre Dispatch SOC Supervisor (SS) is responsible for the efficient delivery of daily SOC operations, enhancing the overall service and customer experience by effectively managing a small team of security operators. The SS will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative culture, collaborating with colleagues, management, clients and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.  The SS verifies compliance with policies and procedures, tracks audit readiness and provides direction to all SOC personnel, ensuring client requirements are met or exceeded. The SS will foster a strong relationship between the client and Securitas by embodying the core Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
