The role involves managing power distribution systems (UPS, generators), HVAC, fire suppression, and structured cabling systems. You will coordinate with building landlords to ensure preventive maintenance is completed promptly, respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and oversee compliance with safety regulations.
