Leading both Facility Management and Technical Services teams, this role bridges physical plant engineering with hands-on technical services. The Director ensures strict adherence to 24/7/365 client SLAs, minimizes operational risk through rigorous incident and change management, and drives stainability and capacity optimization across all sites.
