Data Consultant (HCM / Workday)

This is a remote position. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Consultant with strong Workday HCM expertise to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for data integration, migration, validation, governance, and reconciliation activities, ensuring the successful delivery of Workday data solutions and seamless integration with downstream systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce data, alongside hands-on experience in ETL development, data quality management, and Workday implementation projects.
