Data-Driven Business Analyst | Flexible Work Options

·Must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT, or a related field.

·Must have more than 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

·Must have experience managing stakeholders to minimize scope creep and ensure requirements align with predefined tender specifications and solution platform capabilities.

·Good to have IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).

·Good to have an entry-level project management certification.

·Good to have working experience in Government of Singapore projects.

·Good to have experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (Python/R).

·Good to have proficiency in technical skills like SQL, Excel, BPMN/UML modeling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

·Good to have familiarity with NewGen and Java technologies or similar platforms.
