About the Role
As a Data Engineer in our Data & Analytics team (Singapore), you'll own the data infrastructure that supports business reporting, multi-market analytics, and — increasingly — AI agents and AI‑powered data products. You'll work alongside a small high‑trust team driving customer service automation that’s live in production and handling thousands of tickets monthly, customer‑facing AI features launching this year, and AI‑assisted analytics tooling for internal teams. You'll also work closely with our Product & Engineering counterparts on data‑dependent app features.
You Will- Design, build and operate data pipelines (ETL/ELT), meeting SLAs across SG, TH, AU and our launching markets
- Be the custodian of data quality and reliable delivery — define monitoring, alerting, and remediation patterns for both human‑consumed analytics AND AI‑agent‑consumed contexts
