Our confidential banking client is seeking a Data Engineer to build, optimize, and support cloud-based data platforms, ingestion pipelines, and real-time data processing solutions. This is a HYBRID contract in Toronto
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Support real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures
- Build and optimize data workflows within AWS environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production data platforms
- Implement data quality, security, and governance controls
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Amazon S3
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue and Apache Spark
