We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and update furniture product listings on online platforms and marketplaces
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer and lead data from various platforms
- Update CRM and sales records accurately
- Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to verify requirements and schedule follow-ups
- Follow up with inquiries received through website, social media, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Prepare quotations and basic sales documentation when required
- Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy
- Generate daily and weekly lead and sales activity reports
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams
