Data Platform Design Lead

Overview

At Gallagher Re, we are seeking an experienced Data Platform and Design Lead to establish and evolve the core fundamentals of our Data Platform. This platform will support operational, transactional, and analytics data, enabling seamless ingestion, storage, and consumption of data for Gallagher Re’s products and business platforms. The role will focus on continuously maturing the platform to support report integrations, as well as advanced capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and analytics. As a key member of the data team, you will focus on: Strategically designing the data platform, including the evolution of data domains, data lifecycles, and enabling data capabilities. Building fantastic working relationships with corporate teams and managing and aligning divisional needs with the broader enterprise data platform.
