  Lead the agency's Data & Technology function, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data-driven solutions
• .Manage CRM initiatives, including customer data analysis, audience segmentation, customer journey evaluation, and campaign performance measurement
• .Collect, integrate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• .Develop and oversee dashboards, reporting, and visualization solutions while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and best practices
• .Identify, develop, and implement technology products, tools, and solutions that drive business value and support new revenue opportunities
