Database Architecture Manager

Silvermine is looking for a senior, hands-on Database Platform Engineering Manager to lead our database and analytics platforms as we scale multiple SaaS products in the compliance and fintech domain. This is not a services or support role. You will own the design, evolution, and reliability of production-grade databases and data platforms, while leading and mentoring a growing team of database and data platform engineers.We are looking for someone who combines deep technical judgment with strong people leadership, and who is comfortable getting into the details when needed. At Silvermine, managers are expected to own outcomes, not just coordinate work.
