Job Description:
Hardware Installation & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices
- Perform hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and replacements
- Rack, stack, and cable data center equipment as per standards
Network Support
- Support setup and maintenance of network infrastructure (switches, routers, patch panels)
- Troubleshoot hardware-level connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, cabling, ports)
- Coordinate with network teams for upgrades and changes
