Job Description / Accountabilities

The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that safety, environmental and quality standards meet company and regulatory standards. Driving safety improvements through regular audits/reporting of plant equipment, procedures and activities. Operate steam generating and associated equipment/services to ensure that defined targets are consistently achieved. Analysis of feed water and other key boiler parameters through a variety of techniques and procedures. Work within a manufacturing team and play a support role in Caprolactone operations and site utility services. Ensure all SIF/DCS equipment is both operational and any defects are reported for maintenance. The jobholder must be self‑motivated and use interpersonal skills to communicate constructively and clearly to team members, manufacturing, technical and other support functions.
