- Build training content and deliver in-person/virtual classroom training.
- Create training needs analyses.
- Work with operations, training, and quality teams to identify performance gaps related to functional and digital skills.
- Analyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
- Conduct content research, create training outlines, and develop evaluation measures, training materials, knowledge assessments, and test designs.
- Identify non-traditional performance improvement initiatives to address knowledge, skills, and overall training effectiveness gaps.
