Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderate to complex projects from original concept through completion
• Define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, and identify resource requirements, deliverables, and timeframes for completion
• Act as the single point of contact for the team and coordinate activities with internal/external groups
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate activities of several project teams
• Develop reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities
• Raise and maintain awareness of all project issues and risks and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Drive continuous process improvement in assigned areas of the business
