Deaf Education Specialist: Math/Language Focus

Great Baddow is seeking a dedicated teacher of the deaf to join our supportive team within a mainstream secondary school in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will engage with up to 27 deaf students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, focusing especially on maths or language and literacy development.

The ideal applicant will hold a Teacher of the Deaf qualification, with a commitment to inclusive education and a strong understanding of language development in deaf children. BSL Level 1 proficiency is essential, and Level 2 and 3 are desirable.
