About This Role

Source, evaluate, and structure equity deals for the Orevida Quantum pipeline. Perform financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to identify companies that fit within the ecosystem and meet investment criteria.

Every deal you analyze has the potential to become a permanent member of the Orevida portfolio. You make recommendations that determine which companies join a multi‑sector conglomerate designed to compound value over decades.

You will work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, presenting deal memos, structuring term sheets, and supporting post‑acquisition integration. This role offers accelerated exposure to the full lifecycle of private equity, from sourcing to exit.

Compensation
