Duties & Responsibilities
My client is a leading Travel and Tourism company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debtors Controller to join their dynamic finance team. As a Debtors Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's debtors book and ensuring timely collections and reconciliations.
- Managing and reconciling the debtors book
- Ensuring timely collections from debtors
- Conducting credit checks on new clients
- Setting up payment plans for debtors
- Preparing reports on debtors' balances and collections
- Resolving customer billing issues and disputes
- Providing support to the finance team as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all debtor transactions
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure smooth debtors management
