The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of construction expertise, sharp trade-management skills, and a relentless get-it-done mentality. You need to be authoritative enough to hold trades accountable, personable enough to build strong working rapport, and humble enough to grab a paintbrush or a caulking gun yourself if it means getting a suite crossed off the list. Crucially, you are a forward-thinker: you don't just fix the same mistake twenty times; you analyze the root causes on early floors to optimize quality inspections and building processes for future floors and future projects.
