Deli Manager – Co. Cork
Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Deli Manager on behalf of our client’s busy convenience store in Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fresh food professional to take ownership of a high-volume deli operation, leading standards, driving sales, and developing a strong, motivated team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: €37k – €40k

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the deli department, ensuring smooth service and consistent food quality

Lead, train, and motivate the deli team to deliver excellent customer service and fresh food standards

Drive deli sales, margins, and profitability while maintaining strong control of waste and shrink
