A career within Delivering Deal Value (DDV) will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and other complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction – pre- and post-close – including pre-deal and functional due diligence, enterprise-wide integrations, and complex divestitures, carve-outs and separations. Our work spans across a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas, within diverse sectors and industries.
As a DDV Director, you will lead a dynamic team of problem solvers dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business challenges — from strategy through execution.
