As a Delivery & Fulfillment Manager, you will ensure day‑to‑day interface between our external clients and our internal operations, to make sure deliveries run smoothly. You will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of internal processes as required by sales agreements and corporate compliance to stay on pace with the business needs achieving maximum internal and external customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
First person responsible for contract delivery management, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery management, project delivery strategy formulation, and customer satisfaction, schedule, cost and quality.
