About the role 
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager out of our Keysborough depot who will be responsible for leading Works Ready Coordinators, Maintenance Preparation Coordinators, internal field resources, and contractors to deliver allocated programs of work safely, efficiently, and within time and cost budgets.
The role is accountable for optimising field resource utilisation, managing risk, and ensuring asset performance objectives are achieved, while leading teams to meet customer expectations and the strategic needs of the business through strong performance management and a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead and manage office based and field teams in a complex ESI environment, driving safe, high performing operational delivery
Plan, allocate, and optimise workforce, fleet, and resources to meet productivity, utilisation, and customer outcomes
