Delivery Team Lead, Vendor Performance & Operations

About the Role

We are hiring a Delivery Team Lead to join the DashMart Supply Chain team, focused on overseeing inbound deliveries and driving strong on‑time performance across our vendor network. You will lead and manage a 4‑5 person team responsible for vendor outreach, real‑time delivery updates, and cross‑functional coordination between our sites and vendors. You will build a deep understanding of vendor performance and internal workflows and apply that knowledge to strengthen vendor accountability, improve team processes, and highlight key drivers of on‑time delivery degradation.
