Job description:
- Project sales trends by compiling and analyzing data over time.
- Prepare and issue monthly Komitmen Revenue (KR) targets, and translate them into weekly operational activities.
- Define KR components, including baseline (standard targets), uplift initiatives (additional items), and new product development (NPD).
- Coordinate regularly with Brand Channel Strategist and Marketing teams, including issuing market interventions.
- Lead pre-KR sign-off meetings with Executive Commitee.
- Present and recommend actionable insights for each brand based on historical performance and past initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to identify problems and address them proactively.
- Cascade KR targets across all Distribution Center areas by channel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
