**Position Overview:**
The Demand Generation & Field Force Effectiveness Lead is responsible for driving structured, data-driven demand generation practices and enhancing field force productivity across the Crop Protection business. This role focuses on strengthening activity planning, improving campaign effectiveness, enabling field teams with the right tools and capabilities, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources to deliver superior farmer engagement, conversion, and business outcomes.
