ABOUT THE ROLETheDemand Planning Srprepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, Materials Management, and/or Logistics.The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends and related to Distribution or Warehouse, Inventory or Material Control, Logistics, Planning or Scheduling, and/or Traffic or Transportation and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficient production.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Maintain ongoing relationships with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and manufacturing teams to understand the factors driving demand forecasting.Evaluate sales team forecasts and routine executions (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets, etc.) through relevant data analysis.Improve forecast accuracy (statistical models, software, etc.) with cross-functional coordination actions.Coordinate client projects with the Sales and Supply Planning department.Adjust forecasting rul...
