Demand Planning Analyst (Monterrey)

Overview

British American Tobacco Mexico seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to join the Monterrey team. The role involves analyzing data, building accurate forecast models, and providing insights to support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile historical sales data, customer orders, and other relevant information from multiple sources.
• Analyze historical data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using statistical methods and data‑analysis tools.
• Develop and implement demand‑forecasting models, applying time‑series analysis and predictive analytics. Use advanced Excel or Python.
• Monitor model accuracy by comparing predicted values with actual sales and adjust models to improve precision.
• Perform ad hoc analyses requested by management and other departments.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports summarizing forecasting results and insights, and distribute them to stakeholders.
