Job Summary
The Demand Planning, Forecast & S&OP Manager is responsible for leading the demand planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment between commercial, supply chain, operations, finance, and procurement teams. The role drives forecast accuracy, inventory optimisation, and effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to support business growth, service levels and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Demand Planning & Forecasting- Develop, manage and continuously improve the demand forecasting process across all product categories and markets.
- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, promotions, seasonality and customer insights to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias.
