Demand Planning Manager

Due to promotion within the team, ELEMIS are looking for a Demand Planning Manager. Reporting to the Global Planning Director, you will lead and manage people, processes, and systems across Demand Planning to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business strategy. This role will see you developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Supply Chain Planning partners, markets and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive integrated planning. 

This role is accountable for the effective deployment and optimisation of Demand Planning resources, ensuring demand plans are as accurate as possible and aligned with commercial objectives. This enables business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions that realign execution with strategy in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
