itsu [grocery] is looking for a demand planning manager to join its supply chain team. They will lead the Demand Planning team and partner closely with the sales team to deliver an accurate demand forecast for the UK business, playing a key role in the S&OP process. They should be analytical, detailed and have a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Reporting to the head of demand, work with the sales team to generate timely and accurate demand plans for all product categories.
Lead a highly effective, motivated and proactive team focused on accurate forecasting and clear communication. Mentor and develop demand planners to enhance their skills and performance.
