DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER

Overview

Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus 18 months rolling Demand Plan for Finished Goods and VISITS at multiple levels of aggregation utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance. He/she manages the flow of supply to secure 100% Stock availability and efficient inventory levels. He/she ensures alignment with company’s financial and sales plans. The Planning Manager works closely with his/her peers in Red Bull Spain to develop, implement and share best practices in alignment with PPL HQ.

Responsibilities

• DEMAND PLANNING: Analyze historical sales trends and drivers to develop the Operations Forecast for S&OP meetings, collaborate with Sales to align demand plans and address errors, provide an 18-month rolling forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS, identify risks and opportunities, support forecasting targets, offer insights for portfolio management, and work with Finance and Sale...
