This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient morning operation, from early preparation through to service, helping create an exceptional start to our guests’ day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan, organise and assist with the preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in the development and plating of high-quality meals.
Support the smooth execution of all services, working efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment.
